This exciting role sits within the broker’s central UK Placement function, which works closely with the UK Data & MI Team. Here, you will work with a variety of senior stakeholders and play a pivotal role in leveraging placement data and driving MI & analytics in relation to the placement activities across all UK segments (including Corporate and Speciality risks).
You will work on a variety of fascinating initiatives and projects, where you’ll be responsible for delivering data-driven insights to support key decision making across the business. Your work will span placement strategy and insurer management, as well as other important areas such as new facility development, FCA compliance, and market trend analysis.
It is essential that you have experience of working in a data analysis or modelling role within the insurance sector and ideally, this will have been gained in a London insurance market environment. You’ll be well-versed in a wide range of quantitative techniques and familiar with a range of MI/BI tools, ideally including Power BI, QlikSense, QlikView or equivalent. Just as importantly, you’ll have excellent project management experience, and you’ll be an effective communicator, with the ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders across the business including Divisional CEOs. Prior experience of working within an insurance portfolio, placement or facility team would add significant weight to your application.

This role is based within this broker’s UK Head Office in the City of London, but you will be welcome to work from home approximately 3 days per week.
