This global broker has identified that its Facilities Division is an area of massive growth for its UK operation. The division is already responsible for placing over £2Bn (of the total £16Bn under the broker’s UK share) annually through circa 400 facilities, and this is set to grow by a further £1Bn in the coming years.

This role will play an important part in the implementation of the Product and Facility Strategy, from overseeing existing facilities (and making corrective measures to ensure they remain effective, competitive and relevant), through to implementing innovative new solutions that reflect changes in the market and customer demand.

This Division, and the facilities under its control, are crucial to the broker’s UK Placement strategy, and accordingly, you will report directly to the Placement COO and Placement Leaders for the different Client Segments and Specialist Practices.

A key responsibility for this role is delivering data-driven insights to support facility strategy and drive expansion. For example, you will support the creation of new facilities (and expand the performance of existing ones) by delivering enhanced marketing material based on analytics that fully leverage the data set across the broker’s whole placement portfolio.

We welcome applications from candidates (from similar Product or Facility Oversight / Manager roles), from both insurer and broker backgrounds. As you would expect, you should have a strong understanding of facility operations, and the systems that support their trading.

You must also have excellent stakeholder management skills, and be able to bring together individuals from different teams, organisations and levels of seniority, uniting them in working towards common goals and objectives. A strategic mindset and excellent project management skills are also imperative.

In return, you will receive a generous basic salary of up to circa £88K plus bonus and a highly competitive flexible benefits package that can be tweaked to suit your personal circumstances.

This role is based out of this global’s prestigious UK Head Office in the City of London, but you are welcome to work from home 2or 3 days per week.
