In this varied role, you will be supporting a 4 senior people within the business, spanning insurance and legal operations. Duties will include, but not be limited to, managing diaries, scheduling meetings, organising travel and accommodation, note taking, as well as any other ad hoc tasks.
It is absolutely essential that you have experience within a PA or Business Support role, where you have worked in conjunction with senior stakeholders within a busy organisation. Just as importantly, you’ll be highly organised, with strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and excellent IT skills across the main Microsoft packages. Because you’ll be working with a range of senior individuals, it is crucial that you are easy to get along with and approachable, with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude. Previous experience within an insurance environment is not essential, but some experience of working within a regulated (or similar) environment, would certainly be beneficial.
