This is an exciting time to be joining this global broking house; a firm that has achieved impressive year on year growth since its inception, both globally and locally in the West Midlands region.

Not only does it boast some of the most talented corporate broking and risk management staff in the industry, it has an impressive portfolio comprising some of the most well-known major corporates throughout the world.

Due to its genuine commitment to local empowerment, it is able to adapt to changes in the market much quicker than some competing brokers, and its employees don’t feel like the proverbial ‘small cog’. With this in mind, this role will surely appeal to candidates from other globals seeking a more dynamic employer, as well as those from nationals seeking to step up to the premier league, without the endless red tape and bureaucracy found at some similar concerns.

As a result of continued expansion, my client is seeking to appoint a high calibre Corporate Account Executive to manage an existing portfolio of accounts. This broker is committed to delivering continuity to its clients and focuses very much on long-term relationships. As such, only experienced Account Executives with a genuine passion for client service need apply.

Whilst there may be some scope to ‘tweak the book’, it is anticipated that it will comprise clients from a variety of industry sectors such as Retail, Manufacturing, Construction and Distribution, including some international business. Accordingly, you will have extensive technical knowledge spanning a wide variety of commercial covers and industry sectors. Previous experience of handling similar, ‘big ticket’ accounts is also a prerequisite. It is highly likely that you have made significant progress towards professional qualifications under the CII. Whilst previous exposure to international accounts is not essential, it would certainly add weight to your application.

In return, you can expect to receive a generous basic salary, bonus, and comprehensive range of benefits. You will also benefit from working in an entrepreneurial, client-service orientated environment, where you can have a real say in the direction of the business.
