A highly prestigious, global insurance organisation is looking to appoint a Trainee Commercial Claims Technician.
This insurer is highly proactive and able to quickly adapt to changes within its chosen industries, allowing all stakeholders to create tailored solutions and retain a strong market presence.
Upon joining this established team, you will have ongoing support and training on how to deal with claims appropriately. Until you are competent to manage your own caseload, you will be expected to assist an experienced colleague with the management of a portfolio of Commercial Property claims, delivering an excellent service at all times. You will agree the settlement of claims within your own authority levels, from first intimation through to the final conclusion. You can enjoy a varied role as you will investigate and negotiate claims that arise from a number of major accounts, ensuring settlements are achieved in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
If you are a recent graduate, or perhaps looking for an entry level position to get your foot in the door of a professional industry, then this would be a perfect opportunity for you. As you will have minimal or no work experience to date, you must be highly motivated and energetic, with a willingness to learn. In addition, you must be computer literate, with strong verbal and written communication skills and a genuine desire to carve yourself a rewarding career within the insurance industry.
