A new opportunity has arisen with a leading Pet insurance business based in Redhill.
This insurer provides a wide range of pet based insurance products and has a strong presence in the Pet market through both aggregator and direct to market channels.
Due to continued growth of the vibrant Customer Service team, a new opening has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to work in its fast-paced call centre.
You will be required to take inbound calls, which will include handling general customer service enquiries, dealing with Pet insurance claims, and selling Pet insurance products.
Ideally, you will have experience within a call centre/ customer service environment. Any previous experience of working in the insurance industry would be helpful, although this is by no means essential as full training will be provided. You must be very customer focused, with a genuine passion for providing the highest level of client service. As expected, you will also be hard-working, with a strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
You will be rewarded with a basic salary of £18,560, plus commission (£1.20 for each sale, equating to circa £100-200 pcm).
The company operates ‘soft’ shifts Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm.
