Having witnessed a surge in interest in its personal lines offering, it seeks a Private Client Account Executive to work across several of its branches in West and North Yorkshire.
Given this firm’s presence in its core markets, its brand is particularly strong in the more affluent and rural areas of North Leeds, Harrogate and surrounding areas. As such, promoting its burgeoning Private Client offering will be an ‘easy sell’ to a market that is already well aware of this firm’s reputation.
Reporting to Head Office, but with ample support from the local branch network, you will be granted a great deal of autonomy on how to run your desk. Our client is particularly keen to hear from enterprising individuals with innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, how to allocate their marketing budget and leverage this firm’s brand in the local High Net Worth community.
Once prospects are identified, you will do a thorough review of their insurance needs, and liaise with in-house Underwriters in order to design a suitable insurance programme that provides competitive cover at a comprehensive premium.
You must be a self-starter, exceptionally well-organised and able to manage your own sales pipeline and marketing budget. It is also essential that you are well-presented, articulate and able to build a professional rapport with Mid and High Net Worth people from all walks of life, whether they be ‘old money’ or self-made.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar, customer facing Private Clients or High Net Worth insurance background. However, we do welcome applications from candidates from other disciplines of insurance.
You will receive a negotiable basic salary (anticipated to be £35K - £40K) plus generous bonuses (personal and company), 25 days’ holiday, car / car allowance, and generous pension.
