As Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for calling existing customers whose mortgage deals are coming to an end, and booking them in for a review call with a Mortgage Broker. This is a fast-paced and exciting role, which will give you exposure to dealing with a wide range of clientele. All the calls you make will be to existing customers, therefore there is no cold calling involved.
You must have previous experience of making outbound sales calls, together with a professional telephone manner. Just as importantly, you must display strong rapport building and persuasive skills, with a passion for exceeding targets. Specific knowledge of the market is not required as full training will be provided.
Given the growth of this firm, whilst it is by no means a requirement, it is entirely feasible that you could move into a mortgage advice role in the long-term.
