Our client is incredibly well-connected within the mass affluent and high net worth market, which results in a vast amount of high quality leads being generated.
Some of the top Advisers within this firm are writing 40 – 50 mortgage cases a month, whilst benefiting from impressive loan sizes.
You will not be expected to bring any of your own clients, as there are more than enough leads available. Upon joining the business, a specialist account management team will contact you on a weekly basis to see if you require additional leads. However, many Advisers within the firm are now in the fortunate position whereby they have enough repeat clients of their own to generate a very impressive level of income. Should you wish to transfer any of your old clients, you will of course be remunerated accordingly.
Within this directly authorised firm, you will benefit from full admin support and access to the whole of market, including some exclusive products and highly sought-after lenders.
Due to the nature of the clientele and the company’s business model, you’ll be pleased to hear that there will be very little evening work and probably no weekend appointments.
Ideally, you will have independent mortgage broking experience, although our client is happy to look at high calibre Mortgage Advisers from a bank or building society. You must be well-presented and articulate, with the ability to converse effectively with mass affluent, white collar professionals.
Typically, once a week, you must be prepared to travel to a major city in the North of England, in order to hold pre-arranged, face to face meetings with clients. Outside of that, you will have the autonomy to work from home.
This is a self-employed position, where the commission splits and sheer volume of leads makes for huge earning potential!
