In line with its exciting growth plans, the company seeks a high calibre Mortgage Adviser to service an increasing number of enquiries coming into the business. This is a terrific opportunity to move into a more specialist area of the market, where you can be involved with some very high-profile cases. With access to the whole of market, and with administration support provided by a well-qualified administration team, you will be given the opportunity to earn a substantial amount of income through hard work and dedication.
Whilst whole of market experience would certainly be advantageous, our client will consider talented candidates from restricted environments such as banks or building societies, as comprehensive training will be provided. You must have strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to gain client confidence through purely consultative advice. This is not a ‘sales environment’. As this is a telephone based role dealing with clients all over the UK, you must be charismatic and engaging, with the ability to secure strong buy-in from clients in a non-face to face advisory position.
You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary, plus a generous commission structure, resulting in very high on target earnings.
