You will be selling Protection products to estate agency partners, which will predominantly include Income Protection and Life Insurance, but also Critical Illness and Family Income Benefit.
You must have previous sales experience, and candidates from any industry sector will be considered. It is essential that you are driven and have a natural flair for building strong rapport and gaining trust from customers, whilst providing a compliant and consultative service. There are a wealth of constant enquiries to service, which will mean that you will be able to earn a substantial amount of commission. Experience within the Financial Services or Insurance industry would certainly be beneficial, although this is not essential.
As a Trainee, you will be assigned a mentor, who will provide you with compressive training in order to get you up to speed in your role as quickly as possible
Once you are fully competent in your job, the company will not be interested in micro-management and will give you the autonomy to do what you do best. You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £27K, with genuine on target earnings of £65K+. Given the size and scope of this organisation, it offers superb career prospects, including the chance to become a Mortgage Adviser whilst being trained by the company through the CeMAP qualification, if you wish. You will be expected to work every other Saturday and you will receive a day off in lieu during the week.
