Prestigious independent mortgage brokerage seeks an experienced and driven Mortgage Adviser to work with an exclusive introducer in South West London.
This independent, boutique firm is part of a large Property Group and therefore has access to exclusive rates and lenders that are simply not available on the high street.
This mortgage broker is owned by an extremely experienced team of Directors and they will do everything to ensure your success.
The company has an exclusive partnership with a mid / high net worth estate agency in South West London which generates average mortgages of £400K.
You will be responsible for writing compliant mortgage and protection business from a number of branches in South West London, working closely with negotiators in order to achieve targets.
You can be based from home, whilst ‘hot desking’ in estate agency branches, or you can have a main ‘base’ at the company’s head office.
The estate agents are thriving and you will be targeted on writing 3 mortgages a week where the average case size with protection and fees is £2K. As such, there is huge earning potential here.
You will enjoy working within a very ‘grown-up’ environment, where you will be given the autonomy to do what you do best.
Our client will offer either an employed position with an attractive salary and very generous bonus of up to 40% of billings. Alternatively, they will offer a self-employed position, with favourable commission splits (negotiable).
Whilst whole of market experience would certainly be preferable, our client does have a great deal of experience of training Advisers from tied/ restrictive environments and will therefore consider very high calibre Advisers from the likes of banks or building societies.
The company employs a very sensible approach to doing business and does not get involved with unnecessary micro-management or politics.
Saturday work in this company is not mandatory, although if there is the potential to write a substantial piece of business at the weekend, I am sure you would want to make this happen.
