It is looking to bring on a Mortgage Advisor who really believes that happy employees plus top service equals pleased customers and more earnings for everybody! This Advisor will be CeMap qualified and have a strong track record in working over the phone and face to face to write quality Mortgage and Protection business.
The first offering that it has is for an Advisor to be based in its Plymouth office, looking out onto the coast, working with a substantial client bank. With its appointments organised for them, this Advisor would be provided with over 100 meetings a year, with full admin support; an opportunity to really ‘farm appointments’. The second option would involve operating in the Devon area and be working in partnership with an estate introducer, 4 residential offices and 28 New Build sites!
This role could be on either an employed or self-employed basis. If employed, the successful candidate would have a considerable basic salary of between £22K - £28K and could expect an OTE of £45K+! If choosing to go self-employed, they would enjoy a 50% split on leads provided and 70% on any self-generated leads. Current Advisors are earning £60K plus with this lucrative set up.
