Working within the Remortgage team in a telephone-based role, you’ll offer mortgage and protection solutions to existing customers. You’ll be provided with pre-qualified leads from a specialist marketing team, and you’ll also proactively make calls to the existing database.
Up and running Mortgage Advisers are writing circa 14 mortgages a month and therefore you must be comfortable working in a volume, fast-paced environment.
You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with a clean credit record. Whole of market experience is not required as full training will be provided. As such, we welcome applications from a wide range of Advisers including those from banks and building societies. It is essential that you have excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proactive approach to doing business.
The hours of work are 9am til 6pm (Mon - Fri) and you’ll be expected to work every other Saturday for which you’ll be given a day off in lieu during the week.
You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary of circa £25K, together with a comprehensive bonus scheme. Based on existing Advisers’ past performance within the business, year one earnings will realistically be £40K, and the OTE in subsequent years is up to £60K+.
