In this varied role, you will provide administrative support to external Account Managers, whilst liaising with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that the appropriate insurance cover is arranged. This is a fascinating role, where you will gain exposure to a wide range of clients and industry sectors.
You must have a passion for admin and customer service, and a natural ability to build strong rapport with people of all walks of life. You must also be able to produce accurate and compliant work within strict timescales and take pride in providing a high level of client service.
You can expect comprehensive training from some of the most experienced managers within the insurance industry, and this position offers progression into a wide range of areas including sales, account management, claims, management, operations and beyond. In fact, most of the Directors in the company joined the business in similar positions to this.
