Our Directly Authorised, well-reputed client, which has been established for over 21 years, is based on the high street in Kidderminster and has a large local and national presence. It is looking for a competent, driven Mortgage Broker to join in a self-employed broking role and make the most of the business it can provide.

The company, in the Director’s words, has an ‘extremely large client base’ built up over decades of giving quality service and expert advice. On top of this, the office is also based above a busy estate agency which provides further leads. Coming into the office 2-3 days a week you will be able to choose your own schedule, which includes opting to work no weekends.

You will be CeMap qualified (or equivalent) and have experience in giving whole of market advice and writing high quantity and quality mortgage business. You will be motivated and ready to go from day one, having a good knowledge of the lenders and different types of mortgages.

The previous broker in this role earned over £50K however the Director of the firm is confident that a motivated broker that is keen to really turn their time into money would easily be able to earn between £60-70K!
