The company already currently enjoys a veritable plethora of lead sources; you will enjoy not only an extensive client bank and the referrals and renewals coming from that, but also leads from various introducers including IFAs, Accountants and Solicitors.
Further to this, the company enjoys a steady footfall from being well-placed in the town, and it is about to benefit from the 12,000 new builds that are being constructed in the local area! On top of that, the Director also has plans (once they have an advisor in place to handle the extra business), to advertise in the town and on the local radio - which has previously seen leads sky rocket!
You will benefit from admin support, enjoy close to a 9-5 working week, and have the advantage of being able to meet with almost all of your clients face to face. You will be CeMAP qualified and have a track record of writing quality and volume business.
