As a result of continued growth, my client is looking for an experienced Financial Planning Assistant to provide administrative support to its Financial Advisors.
The business’s aim is to provide outstanding service and advice on every aspect of its client’s finances and life.
The main responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to a small but busy group of IFA’s. The role will involve processing of pension, investment and life business, preparation of valuations and compliance paperwork, dealing with client queries, communicating with clients, providers and advisers and general admin tasks such as updating databases.
Ideally, you will have experience of working with IFA’s, but at the very least, experience of working within financial services. You must possess the ability to work accurately, a can-do attitude and be proactive and helpful. It is important that you are loyal, hardworking and committed. Experience of using Intelligent Office and WRAP platforms would be preferable, but not essential.
