Our client is a new entry to the mortgage market; an exciting start-up that is already building a reputation for its quality service. This firm is looking to ‘shake up’ the current status quo with a new, forward-thinking approach to mortgages. The Director is looking for an experienced, driven Mortgage Advisor who is keen to take the next step in their career and join a company which really reflects their ambition.
The role has the potential for real career progression; the Director envisages the successful candidate taking the role of ‘right hand man/woman’, becoming responsible for a team of between 5-10 Advisors and having share / profit options in the following years.
This attractive role offers a variety of lead sources including referrals from the substantial existing client bank in place, the stream of leads coming through web enquiries, and estate agency introducers.
You will enjoy office hours that are built around a 9-5 working week (with one weekend in two), and you can therefore enjoy a healthy work life balance. In addition to this, you will receive high quality administrative support so that you can focus on doing what you do best; giving advice and writing high volume business.
You will, of course, be fully CeMap qualified (or equivalent) and be able to show a history of writing quality, compliant Mortgage and Protection business. Equally, will exhibit a desire to surpass your previous track record.
As an employed Advisor, you will enjoy a competitive basic salary of up to £25K and more importantly - based on a very lucrative, marketing-leading commission structure of 25% of written business with no validation - on target earnings of between £40K - £50K+ in the first year!
