It is essential that you have previous experience of advising on mortgages and that you hold the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and are able to demonstrate a strong track record of writing volume, quality Mortgage business.
You will have at least a year and a half of experience advising in an independent environment and will have good knowledge of the mortgage market. In particular, you will have experience with specialist lending and preferentially bridging finance and But to Let business.
You will enjoy working within a very friendly and supportive environment which is free from some of the bureaucracy that can be found in some of the larger firms. You will also enjoy a working week built around a 9am - 5.30pm with no weekend work!

You will enjoy a substantial basic salary of between £30-40K! On top of this, you will enjoy a lucrative commission structure with a realistic OTE of between £65K - £85K in your first year; it has a progressively building structure where you earn a higher percentage the more you write; for example everything you write over £12K in business a month (which is very achievable) you will earn 45% on!
