Our client is a well-respected Financial Planning firm which has been operating for over 25 years, that is looking for an experienced, driven Mortgage Advisor who is keen to take the next step in their career and join a company which reflects their ambition to join their office in Eastbourne.
This attractive role offers a variety of lead sources including referrals from the Financial Planners, the substantial existing client bank in place – with a great number of corporate and HNW clients – and the leads coming through web enquiries. The company also generates leads through the strong network it has in the local area, for example it sponsors one of the region’s top cricket clubs and host events for hundreds of corporate clients every year.
You will be able to further supplement your earnings by referring back to the group’s Financial Planners and sharing fees on pension and investment business.
You will enjoy office hours that are built around a 9-5 working week with no weekend work, which will give you a great work life balance. In addition to this, you will receive high quality administrative support as needed so that you can focus on doing what you do best; giving advice and writing high volume business.
You will, of course, be fully CeMap qualified (or equivalent) and be able to show a history of writing quality, compliant Mortgage and Protection business and equally, you will exhibit a desire to surpass your previous track record.
As an employed Advisor, you will enjoy a competitive basic salary of up to £35K and - based on a lucrative commission structure - OTE between £45K - £55K+ in the first year; the current top broker on the team is on track to earn over £90K this year! On top of this you will enjoy incentives like team holidays away; in recent years the team has enjoyed an all-expenses paid for skiing trip!
