Our Nottingham based client is a well-respected, ‘family feel’ firm, which has built itself a strong reputation over the last 25 years through offering a premium service. It is proud to be truly independent and fully ‘whole of market’, and has access to exclusive deals. It is now looking for an experienced and driven Mortgage Adviser to come on board and help push the firm to new heights!
You will benefit from admin support, but also an ‘all leads’ provided environment; the company has a variety of lead sources including estate agents, solicitors, online leads and its own mortgage shop. You will also enjoy working hours that are principally built around a 9-5 working week, with 1 Saturday morning in 4 (with time off in lieu during the week), although as an ambitious Advisor you will naturally be prepared to work around your clients.
You will, of course, be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and have at least a year of experience giving advice from either a restricted or ‘whole of market’ environment. You will be able to show a history of writing quality, compliant Mortgage and Protection business and equally, you will exhibit a desire to surpass your previous track record.
As an employed Advisor you can expect a base salary of up to £30K (dependent on experience). In addition to this, you can look forward to an OTE of between £45-50K!
