This directly authorised firm has a wide range of introducers, including IFAs, solicitors, accountants and estate agencies. Acting as Master Broker, it also attracts a significant amount of referral business from other mortgage brokerages who require its bespoke, specialist lending services.
Working from home, you will work with incoming mortgage leads from around the country in addition to your own clients; the Director is happy to promise “5 fresh leads a day!”
It is essential that you hold the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and have previous mortgage advising experience. You’ll also possess strong relationship building and persuasive skills, with a desire to write significant levels of compliant business.
