Your role will be to work with clients to ensure that a full service is provided from cradle to grave. You will retain and grow your client base with the help of your Directors, visiting clients to ensure that you build strong and lasting relationships with them. The client base is diverse across a range of commercial insurance products such as Property, Liability, Commercial Combined, Agriculture and Motor risks.
The company has recently purchased another local business, therefore there is a substantial account to be managed with immediate effect as the Proprietor retires. This will give you an excellent standing immediately and allow you to retain the client base, with the assistance of the ex-account holder.
It is essential that you have previous commercial insurance experience to allow you to hit the ground running in offering advice and providing a first-class service to your clients. Also, you will have a track record of building quality relationships with commercial clients, preferably on a face to face basis. You will be a loyal employee who is looking for a long-term role, which will give you the potential to own shares in the business.
