Your role will be to work with clients to ensure that a full service is provided from cradle to grave. You will retain and grow your client base with the help of your Directors, across both Motor and Household Insurance products. A number of the customer base are commercial clients; therefore, you will ensure that a first-class service is provided and the best possible cover is in place to protect them.
The role is due to a retirement; therefore, the current incumbent will be around for a short while to help you get up to speed with the clients and markets. Also, with the purchase of a local business, there will be additional customers needing your help.
It is essential that you have experience within personal lines insurance, ideally both Motor and Household, although just one of these may be considered. You will also be personable, professional and hard-working to ensure that a smooth customer journey is provided.
