The company enjoys a tremendous amount of enquiries as a result of its strong reputation in the market and its formidable marketing spend. In fact, the Directors cite that they can’t currently service the amount of enquires they are getting, which has resulted in the need for additional headcount.
Focusing predominantly on Buy To Let business (but also a small about of standard residential mortgages), you will deal with incoming enquiries and therefore there will be no need for you to prospect for business. Based from a lovely office and dealing with clients over the telephone, you will source suitable mortgage products in line with their bespoke requirements.
You will have access to state-of-the-art technology and the whole of market, including exclusive products and preferential rates.
Ideally, you will come from an independent broking background, although very high calibre candidates from a tied / restricted environment may be considered. You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with well-honed relationship building skills and the ability to close deals.
You will be working fairly traditional office hours (9am til 6pm Monday to Friday), and there is no weekend working. As such, this a terrific opportunity to make a significant amount of money whilst maintaining a healthy work / life balance!
A very rewarding, uncapped commission scheme is available with a genuine OTE of £50K in the first year. There are many Brokers earning significantly more than this within the company.
Given the growth of this organisation, there are various opportunities, which also includes a role focusing more on the non-regulated commercial side (i.e. Ltd Co BTLs and commercial bridging finance). Given the commission and loan sizes within this arena, the OTE is even higher!
