A well-established and highly reputable commercial insurance brokerage seeks talented Commercial Account Handlers to work within its office in Derby.
This business enjoys a strong reputation in the market and many long-standing clients. Working within a superb office, for a firm that is known for its stability and job security, there a few firms in the local area that can match our client’s offering.
There are 2 vacancies within the company. The first one is a ‘general’ Commercial Account Handler position where you will support a Director with the administration of a commercial portfolio. For this position, you will need to have experience of dealing with a wide variety of commercial covers, with the core products being Property, Liability and Motor.
The second position sits within the specialist Professional Indemnity team. For this, we require that you have had minimal exposure to PI insurance as full training will be provided. Perhaps you have dealt with the odd PI case within a wider commercial portfolio?
Within both roles, you will be involved with the full policy cycle, including renewal negotiations, the marketing of new business cases, and the processing of endorsements. You will have regular contact with clients and as such, you will have strong relationship management skills and a genuine passion for delivering a high level of client service.
