You will be supported by a highly competent Administration team and you will have access to the whole of market, including exclusive rates and products that are simply not available on the high street.
Just as importantly, you’ll benefit from very attractive commission splits, which will be dependent on whether you self-generate the business, or you receive a lead from the company.
You’ll be supported by one of the most experienced Mortgage Directors in the North East, who will be extremely committed to your success from day one. Not only will they support you with leads and introducers, but they will show their tried and tested ways for you to become totally self-sufficient by building a loyal client base and introducers.
In order to facilitate a smooth transition into this role, advanced commissions are available for the right candidates.
It is essential that you are CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), and that you have a successful track record of writing compliant mortgage and protection business. You must also be a self-starter, with a flexible approach.
