This is a varied and challenging role where you will provide assistance to experienced Mortgage Advisers. Duties will include, but certainly not be limited to, submitting applications to lenders, chasing outstanding information from a variety of stakeholders, and dealing with day to day enquiries.
Whilst previous experience within the mortgage market would certainly be advantageous, this is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
These are the key requirements that you must display:
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to produce very accurate work within strict timescales.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle numerous tasks at once.
- First-class interpersonal skills, demonstrating that you can quickly build rapport with clients and suppliers over the telephone.
