One of the country’s leading independent estate agency chains – and one of the most established – is looking for an ambitious Mortgage Broker to join its Financial Services arm. This company is multi, multi-award winning and takes great pride in how it treats both its clients and its staff.
As a result of ongoing growth, a need has arisen for an additional Mortgage Adviser to be based in one of their busy estate agency branches.
Working for this exciting, rapidly growing business, you will service the mortgage and protection requirements of a diverse range of clientele. You will be working for a busy branch, and therefore you can expect lots of enquiries and high earning potential. Our client advises that they would expect Advisors to write a minimum of 12 mortgages a month with no self-generation required!
It is essential that you are a qualified Mortgage Advisor with a successful track record of writing compliant business. Previous experience of working with estate agencies would certainly be preferable, although our client will consider high calibre Mortgage Brokers / Advisors, who do not have this experience.
You will enjoy working for a business where you will be provided with a great deal of support and training in order to succeed in your role. The firm say that they do not put barriers in the way of writing business and provide a truly consultative service.
You will benefit from full admin and compliance support, as well as ongoing training and development in order to ensure your continued success.
This role is offered on an employed basis; with a basic salary range between starting at £19K going up to £30K for experienced candidates! However, the real money lies in the commission; the OTE for this role is £80K plus!
