A highly successful wealth management practice based in Crawley seeks an experienced and technically astute Paraplanner.
This firm was established several years ago and has grown to become one of the most respected independent financial advisers in the area. Led by a talented and driven management team, most of the company’s business now comes from referrals and recommendations. Offering a holistic advice service to a broad range of clientele, the company is able to cater for a wide range of requirements, including pensions, auto-enrolment, investments, inheritance tax planning and complex final salary pension transfers.
Working as part of a lively and friendly Client Support Team, you will be responsible for providing full paraplanning services to the firm’s Financial Planners. You will also provide analysis, detailed research, report writing and product recommendations for presentations, ensuring all advice meets the strict, ethical and compliance framework. In addition, you will also be responsible for completing portfolio reviews and rebalancing requests, ensuring that all quality assessments are carried out to a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Ideally you will have experience of a similar position and hold Level 4 Diploma. However, our client will consider applications from less qualified candidates with a strong understanding of the role, with at least a basic grasp of the various product areas. Organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload are paramount, as is the ability to manage relationships and expectations at all levels.
