With expertise encompassing a multitude of lines including, but not limited to Property, Casualty, Business Interruption, Motor, Construction, A&H and Professional Lines, the firm is well-placed to cater for almost any loss across a wide range of geographical territories.
This is an operationally-focused role where you will support the Claims Director with the day to day running of the business. Duties will include ensuring the continued delivery of the overall business plan, monitoring workflow, general trouble-shooting, key stakeholder management, and overseeing claims handling.
Whilst you must come from a technical claims handling background, it is not essential that you are an expert in all of the above lines, as you will be utilising the experience of Senior Claims Handlers within the business. However, you will certainly have a high level of claims knowledge within the commercial arena and whilst not essential, some exposure to US Casualty losses would certainly be advantageous. Most importantly, you will hold operational experience within a claims handling environment and a successful track record of leading and developing a technical Claims Team. Equally, you must be an impressive company ambassador with first-class stakeholder management skills.
