This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Mortgage Adviser / Broker to make the next step in their advising career in a self-employed capacity.

The Director explains that the company is built around helping strong Advisors successfully manage the transition between employed and self-employed; to help them access higher tier earnings.

This Directly Authorised company is going from strength to strength and has grown steadily over the last 11 years, building on the wealth of experience of the firm’s Senior Advisors. The company is focused on finding another experienced self-employed Mortgage Adviser for the “long term.” The company enjoys an impressive employee retention rate – only one Advisor has left in the last 3 years – which they feel serves as evidence of how they deliver on their promises.

You will be supported by a competent Admin Team, which will allow you to focus on writing business. You will work as suits you and your clients - according to a schedule that fits with the way you work best. Although the company do have Sales Managers, they are there to support you to write the levels of business you want to write. Refreshingly, you will enjoy an environment free from micromanagement.

In order to maintain its strong team spirit, protect its reputation, and maintain credibility with its trusted clientele, the firm is seeking only the most professional, committed and ambitious Mortgage Advisers; Brokers who can demonstrate a successful track record of writing compliant Mortgage and Protection business.

You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and have at least 3 years’ experience within a ‘whole of market’ role. You will be confident that going forward, you will be followed by a substantial client bank as a result of your outstanding service. After all, as the Director explains, “clients follow good Brokers”.

The firm offers a self-employed package - with the option of financial support - and market-leading commission splits of up to 85% that sees their current Brokers earn between £90K - £200K+.
