This highly successful independent mortgage brokerage seeks talented Mortgage Advisers to exploit its highly lucrative lead source.
We work with hundreds of different clients across the UK and - after a sit down with the Directors in their beautiful countryside offices – we can say that in terms of lead source, this is perhaps the very best we’ve come across. This brokerage’s lead generation service currently produces between 200 to 250 leads every day and if the current trend continues, will generate even more in the future; the leads are quite simply, ‘on tap’.
Unsurprisingly, the company has simply far more leads than it can handle; it currently sells on the vast majority of its leads to brokerages across the UK. Understandably, the Director of this firm wants to service these leads in-house and is looking for competent, experienced Advisors who can turn an “essentially endless supply of leads” into volume mortgage business.
You will be based in the aforementioned picturesque countryside offices and will offer compliant mortgage and protection advice to customers over the telephone, selecting suitable lenders and insurers from the ‘whole of market’. You will enjoy admin support and no weekend work, meaning you can enjoy a really great work-life balance!
Our client will consider Mortgage Brokers with at least 12 months' experience, who have strong telephone skills, are well-organised and driven to write business. Candidates from both a ‘whole of market’ or restricted environment (such as banks or building societies), will be considered.
On top of the basic salary of up to £24K, the Principal of this firm says that with bonus, an experienced Adviser should easily be able to make £45K in year one, and a fairly junior Adviser could expect to make £30K - £35K! However, bonus is uncapped and the sky is the limit in terms of earning potential.
