As a result of growth, a need has arisen for an Assistant Mortgage Account Manager to work within the company’s thriving head office in Cannock.
In this varied, phone-based role, duties will include, but not be limited to, taking customers’ details, completing fact-finds, providing quotations, conducting credit checks, and booking appointments for field-based Mortgage Advisers.
It is not essential that you have previous experience within mortgages, as full training will be provided. Most importantly, you will be a strong Administrator with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with a wide variety of clientele. You will also be proficient with IT and be able to manage a busy workload.
This role provides a clear route towards becoming a fully-fledged Account Manager, where you will take additional responsibility for account managing specific new build partners.
Should you wish to progress further, perhaps into a Mortgage Adviser position, the company will support you through the CeMAP qualification.

The working hours are 10.30am to 6.30pm (5 days a week), and you will work 2 weekends in 4, for which you will be given days off during the week.
You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £20K, plus a performance-related bonus of up to £4K per annum.
