As a result of growth, a need has arisen for an In-House Trainer.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the training and development requirements of the Head Office telephone-based team, which encompasses Administrators and Account Managers at various levels. Duties will include, but certainly not be limited to, monitoring calls, providing feedback and coaching sessions, identifying ways to improve efficiencies and sales within the team, and ensuring the continuous professional development of staff.
In order to gain buy-in from the team, previous experience within mortgages, financial services, or a related industry such as property, estate / letting agency, would be advantageous. Perhaps you are currently a Trainer or Team Leader within a bank or building society who is looking for an exciting new challenge?
You must have experience of coaching and developing others within a regulated environment. You must also have the ability to effectively deliver constructive feedback to, and secure buy-in from a range of personalities. We are looking for someone who is really keen to ‘make a difference’ within a very busy and exciting environment.
You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary of circa £25K plus a performance-related bonus.
