Alternatively, for those looking to specialise, you could join one of its specialist teams. With the recruitment brief being quite open, this broker is flexible in regards to its expectations. However, it is essential that you have some commercial insurance experience and a knowledge of a variety of commercial covers. You must also be bright, articulate and professional in your approach. In addition, you should have well-honed communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate paperwork. You will also be IT literate, with good working knowledge of the main Microsoft packages.
