You’ll have a remit to maximise all potential sales opportunities that come into the team telephonically via a variety of mediums including existing clients, referrals and pure new business enquiries. Using a skillset that will ideally include operational management, sales management and technical insurance knowledge, you’ll be able to inspire, coach and mentor your enthused and committed team to exceed all expectations. Additionally, as the standard bearer of the department you’ll be comfortable in a client-facing, ambassadorial capacity, as regular contact with affinity partners, trade associations and clients will be part of the role. It is important to also note that this is not a stereotypical call centre role and no shifts or weekend working will be required.
This is a key hire for our client and as such, it is ready to invest in and provide considerable support and expertise from within both the Product and Marketing teams. It is therefore essential that not only will you be an expert in your field, but you’ll also be a first-class collaborator and communicator with the ability to establish strong interdepartmental relationships.
