This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Protection Adviser to join a successful and expanding mortgage brokerage based in Sheffield.
This directly authorised firm has a wide range of introducers, including IFAs, solicitors, accountants and estate agencies. Acting as Master Broker, it also attracts a significant amount of referral business from other mortgage brokerages who require its bespoke, specialist lending services.
Working from an office, this is predominantly a telephone-based role dealing with incoming Protection enquiries. Using your expertise and industry knowledge, you will choose appropriate insurers from the whole of market to cater for a diverse range of clients’ requirements.
Whilst not essential, ideally, you will hold professional qualifications, such as RO5. You’ll also have strong relationship building and persuasive skills, with a desire to write significant levels of compliant business.

You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary of circa £25K (Negotiable), plus an attractive bonus scheme allowing a realistic OTE of £60K - £70K+, as well as further performance-related incentives. To facilitate a seamless transition into this role and ease the pain of walking away from a pipeline, there are also guaranteed bonuses available in the initial months.
