A major financial services business seeks a Compliance and Administration Manager to work from its office based in Bracknell.
This firm is very busy and has strong links with a large, longstanding introducer, which generates a great deal of mortgage business.
You will be responsible for managing the administration team, where duties will include, but not be limited to, ensuring that the team efficiently progresses mortgage applications from sign ups to offers, producing a pipeline for the Directors, compiling management reports, conducting regular meetings and one to ones with staff, and ensuring standards throughout the office. As a strong company ambassador, you will build strong relationships with the admin team, as well as with introducers and third-party providers.
You must have strong organisational and prioritisation skills to ensure daily activities and the overall pipeline is managed to achieve the team’s SLA’s. You will also be proactive, with a can-do approach and you will be an effective communicator. Whilst not essential, it would be advantageous if you held the CeMAP qualification. You will have a good understanding of the mortgage process, as well as well-honed administrative skills.
