What’s best about this opportunity is the fact you don’t even have to be CeMAP qualified! If you’re new to mortgages, the company will provide full training and support to ensure you’re a qualified Broker in no time, all whilst still receiving your base salary! But if you’re a qualified Mortgage Broker, you’ll be able to hit the ground running, calling through a constant stream of high-quality leads to ensure you’re making money as early as possible.
You’ll enjoy working in a highly efficient, sales-focused environment, where once you’ve given the customer their advice, you will then pass the case over to an Administration Team, so that you can swiftly move on to the next client. The firm also has an excellent social scene, ranging from Friday night drinks to days out at the races for all members of staff.
Almost all of the work that you do will be over the telephone, and whilst this won’t be a typical 9am – 5pm role, you will only be working Mon – Fri with no weekend work included. The financial rewards are yours to reap and sow, and whilst your first year will involve hard-work and determination, you can still expect to earn big - with top Mortgage Advisors earning over £60K and average Advisers earning between £40K and £50K.
