Due to the ongoing expansion of the business, my client, a local IFA practice that has gained a fantastic reputation in the market, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to complement its growing business.
My client offers first class, whole of market advice through its expert team of Independent Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and Administrators. The company always put its clients first, with the aim of ensuring clients have a more secure financial future.
The main purpose of the role is to provide technical and administrative support to the Financial Advisers in the business. You will also provide analysis, detailed research, report writing and product recommendations for presentations, ensuring all advice meets legislative requirements. Other day to day duties will include dealing with client and provider queries, preparing existing client files ready for reviews, and ensuring all files are compliant on an ongoing basis.
You will have experience of working in a Paraplanner role within the financial services space. It would be beneficial if you are diploma qualified or working towards this, however my client will consider candidates that are part qualified, but have previous experience of a similar role. You will be capable of using your own initiative and have strong adaptability skills. My client is looking for someone who can see the company’s vision and see the bigger picture, for example where the company is going and not where they are at right now.

My client is heavily focussed on CPD and will work with you to create a tailored development plan. This is a small but growing business where everyone has a voice and ideas are considered and implemented, where appropriate.
