My client, a very productive financial planning firm based in Nottingham, is looking to recruit a Senior Financial Administrator to support its Advisor Team.
This company is an Independent Financial Planning business and its trusted expertise, personal service and proactive approach enables it to provide the individual attention its clients deserve. This company deal with complex financial planning needs for its high net worth clients, whether that be families, individuals or businesses.
The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Financial Advisors, assisting in the maintenance and development of client relationships. You will be involved in coaching and mentoring team members, as well as recruitment, inductions and development. You will be responsible for managing the performance of the team, including managing absence and sickness. A big part of the role will be management of the office facilities and oversight of the administration workflows. You will also be involved in general administration tasks, such as database administration, maintenance and compliance checks.
Experience of working in a financial admin role is essential for this position. You will be highly organised, methodical and have the ability to deliver excellent customer service, being a great team player and be able to cope with a fast-paced environment and varied workload. You will have good diary management skills and be able to work to deadlines.
