A superb opportunity to work for one of Yorkshire’s most prolific mortgage brokerages. This long-standing financial services business is extremely profitable and is currently writing circa £200K per month in mortgage and protection business.
This position exists within the company’s telephone-based advice team, which has access to a highly lucrative lead source. These enquires have a focus on ‘specialist lending’, where clients have had difficulties gaining a mortgage from high street brokers (such as contractors, Directors with minimal accounts, or those with adverse credit). As such, you will have exposure to some really interesting cases.
You will be supported by a highly competent Mortgage Administration team and you will have access to the whole of market, including specialist lenders for complex cases. You’ll be working as part of a very supportive and highly experienced team, with whom you can share ideas and take advice from.
You must be CeMAP qualified, with recent experience of writing compliant mortgage business. Whilst independent broking experience would certainly be beneficial, we will also consider very driven Mortgage Advisers from tied / restricted environments such as banks or building societies.
Because this is such a lucrative opportunity, our client is looking for someone who wants to earn substantial income. For those Advisers looking to earn £30K, this is not the right company. This role is for those looking to push themselves and exploit the genuine £50K on target earnings.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £26K, plus a highly rewarding bonus scheme. Later on, if you choose to move into a face to face advice role with the company, there are opportunities paying basic salaries up to £34K with a genuine OTE of £70K - £90K.
