Based in Knutsford, our client has established a strong presence and enviable reputation in the local market. It boasts a unique approach to financial planning for high net worth individuals and the employee benefits market. Our client is enjoying a period of sustained growth and success, which is resulting in higher volumes of new business opportunities.
The main purpose of this role is to offer expert financial advice and provide a first-class service to both private and corporate clients. You will be required to ‘win’ new business opportunities as well as work with its existing clients and new professional connections. It would be highly beneficial if you have your own transferable client bank, though not essential. It will be your responsibility to advise clients on the products and services that are available, ensuring that they meet their bespoke requirements.
You will have extensive experience within the IFA space and be Diploma qualified. You will be focussed on your professional and technical development and you will view this as a long-term opportunity for both you and your clients. It would be beneficial if you have experience/ knowledge of auto enrolment, though again, not essential. You will have a ‘client comes first’ attitude and be driven and committed to providing quality and compliant advice, ensuring you provide an excellent service to maintain and enhance the reputation of the business.
This company offer a generous basic salary, which is completely negotiable dependent on experience and your ability to generate fees. There is also a performance based bonus structure in place, affording the opportunity for substantial personal earnings.
