One such opportunity is for an experienced motor claims specialist to join its busy North West office to add expertise and leadership to a motivated and focused team of Claims Handlers.
With a passion for leading teams and delivering results, you’ll be responsible for a team of Fraud Investigators across two sites, and you’ll ensure that all potentially suspect motor claims are fully investigated.
You’ll use your technical motor claims knowledge and skills, which will include both PI and Fraud, to undertake file audits, take on a small, complex personal caseload, and answer any technical referrals from within your team. Operationally, you’ll have responsibility for adherence to SLAs, TCF principles and general best-practice within your team. You’ll also be confident to put forward your own proposals for areas of process improvement and efficiency.
With a passion for service and operational excellence, you’ll take great pride in leading your team from the front, coaching, mentoring and managing them to be the very best they can be. It is a pre-requisite that you’ll be able to demonstrate advanced communication, negotiation and management skills, underpinned by the tact and diplomacy required to liaise with senior management and other departments within the business.
