This Mortgage Administrator role exists within a lovely traditional mortgage brokerage based in the Paulton area of Bath.

This individual has transacted an impressive amount of business over the last 20+ years, and is in need of further administrative support to allow him to spend more time on advising his clients.
As Administrator, you will enjoy a varied role, where duties will include, but not be limited to, uploading documents to lenders’ websites, liaising with lenders to make sure that offers are issued in reasonable timescales, and chasing solicitors. You will also be in regular contact with clients to update them of progress throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
You must be able to work towards tight deadlines, whilst multi-tasking. Just as importantly, you will possess good attention to detail and a professional telephone manner. You must have previous mortgage administration experience, ideally from an independent mortgage broking background, although those Mortgage Administrators from banks or building societies will be considered. Perhaps you are an Adviser looking for less pressure and more traditional working hours?
You will be working in a small office of 3 people, in a very friendly and supportive environment. As such, you must be highly personable and a good team player.
You will enjoy working standard office hours (Monday to Friday) in a traditional independent broking environment, which is often a refreshing change for those coming from corporate backgrounds.
You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of up to £25K (Negotiable).
