As a result of the high-quality business coming in, this firm is looking to hire a part-time Mortgage Administrator to work alongside one of their top brokers.
As a Mortgage and Protection Administrator, you will enjoy a varied role, where duties will include, but not be limited to, uploading documents to lenders’ websites, liaising with lenders to make sure that offers are issued in reasonable timescales, and chasing solicitors. You will also be in regular contact with clients to update them of progress throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
For this role, it is essential that you have previous experience as a Mortgage Administrator, as the Director is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with little to no training required. You must have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with a wide variety of clientele.
You will be working in an office of circa 20 people, in a very friendly and supportive working environment. As such, you must be highly personable and a good team player.
You will enjoy working 28 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and there is flexibility with hours to suit your specific requirements.
