This Mortgage Administrator role exists within a thriving mortgage brokerage based in East Horsley.
This long-established company enjoys a very strong reputation in the local market and a constant stream of enquires from a range of introducers.
As Mortgage Administrator, you will enjoy a varied role, where duties will include, but not be limited to, uploading documents to lenders’ websites, liaising with lenders to make sure that offers are issued in reasonable timescales, and chasing solicitors. You will also be in regular contact with clients to update them of progress throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
This is a fast-paced role, and therefore you must be able to work towards tight deadlines, whilst multi-tasking. Just as importantly, you will possess good attention to detail and a professional telephone manner. You must have previous mortgage administration experience, with the ability to learn quickly and be able to follow processes within a regulated environment.
You will be working in a very friendly and supportive working environment and as such, you must be highly personable and a good team player.
You will enjoy working traditional hours (Monday to Friday) and there is some flexibility with hours to suit your specific requirements.
This is a highly successful financial services business and whilst there is no pressure to progress, there are genuine opportunities to progress into a variety of roles, such as Mortgage Adviser, where you will be fully supported through the CeMAP qualification.
