My client, an established Independent Financial Services company is looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to provide full technical support to its busy Financial Advisors.
With over 40 years’ experience, its Financial Advisors are fully experienced in providing expert advice on pensions, investments, mortgages and insurance products. My client prides itself on providing top quality advice which results in long term results for its client’s financial needs.
You will undertake detailed research and collate information for analysis, ensuring all regulatory and compliance standards are met. Preparing client files for meetings is required for this role, as well as attending meetings when required. You will prepare full recommendations and write suitability reports across all aspects of financial planning. You will be required to manage client cases and move them along to completion.
Experience as a Paraplanner within the financial services industry is essential for this position and you must have strong technical knowledge with good analytical skills. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work both in a team and individually. Previous experience of using Intelligent Office would be beneficial, as well as good knowledge of all Office products, such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
